Marcia Krinsky is the owner and CFO of L. Krinsky & Sons, Inc.  In all, she oversees the entire company with special emphasis on the financial end of the family owned business.

Mark Gilblair
President

Mark Gilblair is the President of L. Krinsky & Sons, Inc. He has been in charge of sales and marketing since 1995, when the outside sales department was first established.  Mark represents the fifth generation of the Krinsky family to be involved in the company.

He started with L. Krinsky & Sons in 1988 driving trucks where he learned hands-on the importance of customer service through daily customer contact. Mark also experienced the strong, loyal relationships the company has with its customers.  He witnessed first hand how to best service his customer's needs in the scrap metal industry.

Mark earned a certificate in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. 

He served as President of the UIC Family Business Council in 2005.

Mark is currently involved in a national study on Emotional Intelligence (EI) at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  He has been moderating a Forum of business executives since the Fall of 2005.  Based on improved EI, one of the measures of the study will be how many promotions and raises the executives receive over a two year time frame compared to a control group.  Mark believes the study will prove that Emotional Intelligence can be improved and in turn people can and will become better leaders.


Michael Fine
Sales Manager

Michael Fine is the Sales Manager at L. Krinsky & Sons, Inc.   He is responsible for overseeing all of the company's sales plans and programs.  

Michael brings 16 years of sales experience to L. Krinsky & Sons. He spent 10 years as a Senior Account Executive working for a US based manufacturer of technology products. During that time, Michael helped launch the company's International sales division. For the past 6 years, Michael's focus has been working with industrial manufacturers in the Chicagoland area.

Michael earned a certificate in Business Administration from the University of Illinois. 
 

Shari Krinsky-Gilblair

Shari Krinsky-Gilblair is the Office Manager of L. Krinsky & Sons, Inc. She is in charge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping.  Shari is a fifth generation Krinsky family member to be involved in the company.

Christine Miller
Project Manager & New Business Development Coordinator

Christine Miller is a Project Manager and New Business Development Coordinator at L. Krinsky & Sons, Inc. She oversees the company's certifications, marketing efforts and new business development.

Christine brings over 10 years of sales and marketing experience to L. Krinsky & Sons.  Most recently, Christine was employed as an Area Sales Manager  for a Berkshire Hathaway company.  During that time she managed inside and outside sales staff, supervised new business development and related marketing efforts.  She also created internal training programs to improve administrative workflow and to increase overall customer satisfaction.
